In the same week that The Mayor of Main Street USA passes away, the Disney family is now mourning the loss of yet another cast member. Stacy Fulford, who played Mimi Kaboom in Streetmosphere at Hollywood Studios, has passed away.
So many guests enjoyed her street antics and she bought so much joy to the park. Check out the video below as one guest tries to help her with her Husband Auditions.
She worked full-time at Walt Disney World as a Citizen of Hollywood at Disney’s Hollywood Studios as well as various other venues around the parks. Specializing in improvisation, she was also skilled in and passionate about both Shakespeare and musical theatre. Outside of Disney, Stacy could be seen onstage at various theatres around the greater Orlando area.
In march Stacy had just signed her 5th contract for her 5th year as a member of the Citizens of Hollywood at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. She became of member of the Citizens of Hollywood in spring of 2013, and loved bringing Mimi Kaboom to life every day in the whimsical world of 1940’s Hollywood.
She was a tremendous singer and she touched the lives of so many people both inside and outside of the park.
Our sympathies go out to her family, friends and to all the Citizens of Hollywood who worked with her.
