  • New Orange Bird Sipper Debuts at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival

New Orange Bird Sipper Debuts at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival

A brand new Orange Bird sipper has flown into the Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival!

The new sipper can be found at ‘The Citrus Blossom’ Outdoor Kitchen, which is located in Showcase Plaza. It’s decorated with an orange slice, orange blossoms, and larger arms.

It also comes with an Orange-Lemon Smoothie (nonalcoholic). This smoothie is different from the Festival of the Arts, which tasted like a Creamsicle. The Orange-Lemon was more orange flavor and tasted almost like Tang! I loved it. Take a closer look below:

A Cast Member also let us know that the old version will now be available at Sunshine Tree Terrace in the Magic Kingdom! The festival runs March 3rd to July 5th this year, which is over 4 months of food and flower packed fun.

  • New Fantasyland Castle Holiday Dress is a Cream Dream

New Fantasyland Castle Holiday Dress is a Cream Dream

Disney’s Dress Shop has become known for vintage inspired silhouettes and gorgeous prints, and this year’s holiday dress is no exception! The new Fantasyland Castle Holiday dress is a fit-and-flare dream in a winter shade of off-white.

This dress features a v-neckline and fold-over collar embroidered with hidden Mickey snowflakes, studded with rhinestones. The fabric belt matchs the hidden mickey snowflake pattern of the neckline.

The castle detail on the lower left hand corner is accented with iridescent gold and silver accents, and more rhinestones. Take a closer look below:

On the right shoulder it says Just a Touch of Sparkle. I love this little detail! Dresses like this look great with a crinoline which were available for purchase in Uptown Jewelers on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom, where I spotted this dress. It retails for $129 and is also available on ShopDisney.com.

Would you wear this dress to a Holiday Party or just to Disney? Let us know in the comments!

  • Find Holiday Character Meet & Greets, Cavalcades and More Entertainment at Magic Kingdom

Find Holiday Character Meet & Greets, Cavalcades and More Entertainment at Magic Kingdom

If you’re in need of some holiday cheer, look no further, because the Holiday Magic is alive at Disney’s Magic Kingdom this year! Decorations have been hung by the castle with care and you can now find Holiday character meet & greets, cavalcade and more.

This year the fun isn’t just at an after hours Christmas Party; the holiday entertainment happens all day long. It all starts on Main Street, with the Dapper Dans barbershop quartet delivering festive harmonies, while the Main Street Philharmonic marches along with life sized toy soldiers.

There are several locations throughout the park where characters appear to “Surprise and Delight” guests. You can interact with them and take socially distanced selfies as you can see below:

Rabbit, Piglet, and Eeyore like to hang out on the porch of The Crystal Palace.

As you’re strolling through Frontierland you might catch some characters from the Country Bear Jamboree wearing peppermint striped scarves. They love to post for the camera!

To the left of the Country Bear Jamboree is a walkway connecting Frontierland to Adventureland. This is Chip and Dale’s favorite spot to goof around.

Santa Stitch can be found making mischief on the Tomorrowland stage. While he’s taking a break for some milk and cookies you might be able to see Buzz Lightyear!

The Muppets have returned to Liberty Square. They don’t have a holiday show, but they will interact with you and take socially distanced selfies if you ask them.

The last character is also the most rare! Jiminy Cricket can be found hanging out on the balcony above Pinocchio Haus in Fantasyland. He looks so Dapper in his Holiday outfit.

I found that these character interactions still aren’t well known, and the characters don’t arrive any any set schedule. Therefore, there aren’t really lines to see them and you can get some great photos and interactions!

There are also four Character Cavalcades that make their way from Splash Mountain in Frontierland to the Fire Station on Main St. Mickey’s Holiday Cavalcade is a holiday celebration with Mickey Mouse and his friends.

Goofy’s Scrumptious Cavalcade features Goofy cooking up some holiday fun from his gingerbread house and bake shop floats, joined by dancing gingerbread men. A Royal Christmas Processional heralds the arrival of Disney princesses on a crystal castle float. Santa’s Cavalcade has all the reindeer pulling his sleigh and some silly elves dancing along behind him with presents they forgot to pack. These mini parades only run until dusk, so make sure you get to the park early if you want to see them all.

When night falls at Magic Kingdom, projection effects transform Cinderella Castle with a kaleidoscope of designs. There are four designs including a whimsical Christmas sweater and a regal overlay of red, green and gold ornamentation. The iconic castle provides the perfect colorful background for guests seeking a magical holiday portrait.

I don’t know about you, but I am so happy the Holidays have arrived at Magic Kingdom! All of the decorations are out, I saw so many festive outfits on guests, and all the entertainment makes this such a festive time.

If you’re planning a trip don’t wait, contact me at Enchanted Kingdom Vacations with Kimberly to start planning your trip today.

  • New Sweet Summer Merchandise Ablaze with Color at Disney World

New Sweet Summer Merchandise Ablaze with Color at Disney World

It’s time to light up your Summer with the new Sweet Summer collection ablaze with color at Disney World! We spotted all this new merchandise at Magic Kingdom’s Emporium.

I personally love this new Magic Band. It’s bright, tropical, and Mickey looks like he’s on vacation! My favorite land in Magic Kingdom is Adventureland and this version of Cinderella Castle reminds me so much of The Enchanted Tiki Room; where all the birds sing words and the flowers croon.

Look at all the glorious neon colors! These colors could not be any more perfect for a sizzling Summer at Disney World. The baseball cap features a green plastic visor and retails for $27.99. The yellow fanny-pack is $29.99

Disney is really bringing back the 80’s this Summer with this sun visor with a hot pink, plastic brim. It retails for $19.99. I think it would look totally tubular with with this women’s short-sleeve crewneck tee. It features Mickey and Minnie having lots of Summer fun, eating dole whips, popsicles, and floating on pink flamingos.

Let’s not leave the guys out this Summer. This button shirt features, what else but Disney snacks?! What’s Summer without a Dole Whip float and refreshing drinks served in coconuts with Mickey straws? I was tempted to buy this one and talk my boyfriend into wearing it.

If you’re not wearing Flip Flops are you even IN Florida?! Every Floridian owns at least 5 pairs of these. They feature the same fun pattern as the Mickey Pool Float Ears, and have a Mickey head make out of lemons on the straps. Perfect for a day by your resort pool. The shorts are a thicker fabric, almost like sweatpants. A pair of these definetly came home with me. They even have POCKETS!!

And here we have a sun-sational rain jacket for those afternoon showers. It has a fun assortment of theme park items on it, including Mickey waffles, Dole Whip float, a tea cup from the Mad Tea Party, a Mickey lollipop, and Cinderella Castle. Pro Tip: If you can wait out the rain, ride lines are usually much shorter when it stops!

If you’re planning a Disney trip make sure you contact Enchanted Kingdom Vacations with Kimberly. When you book with her she can share lots more Pro Tips to make your Disney trip unforgettable.
