    Disney World has announced a new ticket offer just for Florida residents this summer.

    The new Get Your Ears On Ticket is available starting today. This special ticket provides 3- and 4-day options for as low as $55 per day (plus tax) for the 4-day ticket (total price $219 plus tax).

    The Get Your Ears On Ticket is available now through Aug. 25, 2019, and can be used any three or four days, depending on ticket purchased, through Aug. 28, 2019 … with NO BLOCK-OUT DATES!  

    Here are all the details you’ll need for the ticket that best suits your vacation dreams this summer:

    3-Day Get Your Ears On Ticket

    • $199 (plus tax) – Less than $67 per day (plus tax)*

    4-Day Get Your Ears On Ticket

    • $219 (plus tax) – Less than $55 per day (plus tax)*

    New Holiday Fireworks Show Coming to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Disney World

    There have been a lot of changes and updates to the fireworks spectaculars at Disney World recently and now a new holiday fireworks show is coming to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom this holiday season.

    This holiday season, the skies above Magic Kingdom Park will sparkle to life like never before during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party with the debut of an all-new fireworks show that can be enjoyed across the park!

    Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show, hosted by the one-and-only Minnie Mouse, will celebrate the magic of Christmas with medleys of beloved holiday songs, from “Joy to the World” and “Deck the Halls” to “Up on the House Top” and “We Wish You A Merry Christmas.” The holiday music will evoke heartfelt moments of home and family, as well as the festive fun of the season before an incredible finale you won’t want to miss.

    You’ll be able to see the fireworks show during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on select nights November 8 – December 22, 2019. And if you are looking for an extra magical way to celebrate the brand new show in its first year, our fireworks dessert parties are the perfect option! You can add on this experience to enjoy treats, including chocolate-dipped strawberries, cupcakes, ice cream, seasonal fruits, cheeses and other festive favorites while taking advantage of dedicated, dazzling views of the show.

    Teachers have made it through another year and Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels are now offering “Teacher Appreciation” rates through September 3 that will allow teachers to take advantage of Disney-area hotels for a big discount.

    All teachers and school support staff are eligible to receive the discounts starting at $75/night at Disney Springs hotels over the summer.

    Teachers who stay at Disney Springs hotels receive access to the resort’s Extra Magic Hours, 60-day Fastpass+ service and free transportation to the parks. Take a look at the list of “Teacher Appreciation” hotel rates below:

    Disney’s New ‘Summer One World’ Ticket Offers Admission to All 6 Parks

    Walt Disney World is rolling out a new ticket this summer that gives guests access to each of Disney’s theme parks and water parks.

    The Summer One World Ticket costs $444 and gives guests one admission to each of Disney’s theme parks and water parks. The price breaks down to $74 per admission, Disney says.

    Each ticket includes six admissions—one admission to each theme park (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom) and each water park (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon). Visitors will be able to visit more than one park per day, but each park can only be visited once, according to Disney. Take a look at the ticket details below: 

    • Summer One World Tickets must be purchased between Jun 4, 2019, and Aug. 23, 2019. 
    • Each Summer One World Ticket includes six admissions – one admission to each of the four Walt Disney World theme parks and each of the two water parks. 
    • You have flexibility in how you use these tickets, including visiting more than one park per day. 
    • Tickets must be used June 4, 2019 – Aug. 28, 2019.

    Summer 2019 will be an amazing time to visit Walt Disney World, with new experiences at all four theme parks:

And now evenings in the park are about to be even more special with the May 24 planned debut of “Rivers of Light: We Are One,” introducing additional stunning imagery and familiar animal characters to the popular nighttime show on Discovery River. Also beginning May 24, the Tree of Life will awaken in a whole new way to honor the 25th anniversary of “The Lion King,” with beautiful projections on the iconic tree featuring music and animation paying tribute to the classic film. 
    • “Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live!” will return to Epcot this summer. Star-Lord and Gamora from the Guardians of the Galaxy films will take you on a musical journey through the cosmos, showcasing hits from Star-Lord’s Awesome Mix tapes. Live shows will take place daily from June 14 through Aug. 18.

    New Disney Park Celebration Buttons Now Available to Purchase at the Parks

    Whether you are celebrating a first visit, birthday or any other occasion, the complementary celebration buttons are a must have and now Disney has come up with some new button designs that are available for guests to purchase.

    There are four sets of designs to choose from and they have been spotted at World of Disney in Disney Springs for $9.99. They are sure to show up in the parks soon and more designs will surely follow.

    These new buttons come with that signature “I’m Celebrating ” look, but are inspired by Disney Park attractions like The Haunted Mansion and even Disney trends like Rose Gold and the purple wall. Take a look at the new designs below:

    To say Disney came up with the idea is either a bit of an overstatement or an understatement depending on how you look at it. The original celebration buttons were so popular that they inspired multiple fans and independent sellers on sites like Etsy to create there own custom celebration buttons and now Disney has decided to take the reins back and has started making some of their own. It’s kind of a chicken and the egg thing. Lets just say they inspired each other.

    Not to worry though, because you can still pick up the free First Visit buttons and other celebrations buttons from your Disney resort as you check in, or at Guest Relations at any of the Disney Parks or Disney Springs.

    As we’ve previously shared, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is opening on May 31 at the Disneyland Resort in Southern California and August 29 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida, but if you want to be among the first in the galaxy to visit the new land, you are going to need to make a reservation.

    If you are planning to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at the Disneyland Resort between May 31 and June 23, 2019, a reservation and theme park admission are required. There is no additional cost to make a reservation, but reservations are subject to availability.

    Guests looking to guarantee a reservation to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge today can get one by staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel between May 31 and June 23, 2019.

    Specific details on how to make reservations will be available on the Disney Parks Blog and Disneyland.com on May 2 at 8 a.m. PT. You must have a Disney Account to register for a reservation so be sure to create one before registration opens at 10 a.m. PT.

    Disney debuted their all-new Spring Fantasy Cotton Candy treat for Epcot’s Flower & Garden Festival and it’s five layers of stunningly beautiful sugary goodness.

    This is a can’t-miss menu item if you’re planning a spring visit to the parks. It’s five fluffy layers of international delight are each a different color and it will be available to guests at Epcot in Walt Disney World throughout the festival.

    The trend, which originated in China, not only garnered major Instagram fame for its magical five layer flower aesthetic, but also for the near-hypnotizing process of how it’s made. The flower shaped cotton candy is the perfect fit for the festival. Take a look how it’s made below:
