    New Loungefly Minnie Ears by Designer Nic Cowan Coming to Disney Parks Sept. 6

    Disney has released the newest set of Minnie ears from the Disney Parks Designer Collection, this time created by Loungefly designer Nic Cowan and if you’re a Loungefly fan then these are for you!

    The blue ears are are covered with sketches of classic Disney characters and icons like Dumbo, Mickey, Cinderella Castle, and Peter Pan’s Flight, completed by a sparkly black bow.

    To celebrate the release of the new limited release Minnie Mouse ear headband, Loungefly will be hosting a meet and greet with designer Nic Cowan in Disneyland! Take a look at the event details below:

    Nic is the artist behind Loungefly’s classic chibi style art and will be on hand to sign the limited Minnie Mouse ear headband.

    The event will be held on Friday, September 6th from 2- 4PM at The Dress Shop in Downtown Disney where you can meet the Loungefly team in person and get to know the artist behind the design!

    Disney has released the newest set of Minnie ears from the Disney Parks Designer Collection, this time created by designer Betsey Johnson and they are perfectly puffy and pink!

    Known for her feminine, edgy designs, Betsey Johnson has created a whimsical pair of Minnie Mouse ears.

    Her headband features sparkly, pink-puffed ears that have a black sequin bow with white polka dots on it. The black satin band gives it a sleek look.

    Betsey Johnson’s Minnie ears are now avaiable at locations throughout Disney World and Disneyland.

    This haunting, faux leather mouse ear headband inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas also includes Zero and Jack’s nemesis, Oogie Boogie.

    BREAKING: New Halloween ‘Party Pass’ Ticket Lets You Attend 35 Parties at Magic Kingdom

    If you REALLY love Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom, then we have some news for you! Walt Disney World just launched a brand new ticket that will allow guests to attend 35 out of 36 of the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Parties this year.

    The special pass will include admission to all party nights with the exception of Thursday, October 31. That’s a lot of candy and Halloween Fireworks!

    The cost of the pass is $299 plus tax for guests ages 10 and up, and $284 plus tax for guests ages 3-9. There is so much to see and do at this festive celebration and this pass is the perfect way to enjoy trick-or-treat throughout the Magic Kingdom, exclusive entertainment including a brand-new fireworks spectacular and attraction offerings and partake in the endless amount of ghoulishly good times!

    The Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Pass is only available, in limited quantities, for purchase at Walt Disney World theme park ticket windows.

    New ‘Toy Story 4’ Forky Plush Hits Shelves Again After Recall

    Forky Fans will be happy to hear that, as promised, the new and improved Forky Plush with embroidered eyes have made their way back on the shelves in Disney parks.

    Back in early July, Disney voluntarily recalled over 80,000 Forky Plush dolls from Pixar’s Toy Story 4 after claims of a dangerous chocking hazard with the dolls famous glued on googly eyes.

    Fans of the newly favorited character were sad to see him pulled off the shelves and the website. The Disney company also encouraged anyone who had purchased the 11″ plush to return the doll for a full refund.

    Forky is priced at $19.99 and can now go home and enjoy being a toy.

    Two spooktacular new Halloween Loungefly Backpacks have shown up at Disney Parks this holiday season and they look amazing!

    First up, there is a new Halloween Loungefly Backpack that is designed to go perfectly with the new Candy Corn Minnie Ears! The backpack is all black and covered in sequins and adorned with Minnie ears and bow that resembles candy corn.

    Next, there is the Mickey Pumpkin Loungefly Backpack. It features a Jack-O-Lantern version of Mickey Mouse, complete with a bright green stem. Take a closer look at both below:

    These beauties will set you back about $90 and can be found at Disney World and Disneyland.

    Castle Transformation Reaches New Heights at Hong Kong Disneyland

    As we previously reported, Hong Kong Disneyland is getting a newly reimagined castle as part of a massive multi-year expansion plan and now the inspirational transformation of the iconic castle is set to enter its most important stage yet.

    The icon of the park is being reimagined to reach new heights with this transformation and starting today, thematic towers and spires representing 13 stories of beloved Disney Princesses and heroines will be lifted onto the castle base.

    Celebrating a sense of diversity, inclusion and unity, Cinderella, Tiana, Aurora, Ariel, Mulan, Snow White, Moana, Merida, Belle, Rapunzel, Pocahontas and Jasmine – along with Anna and Elsa from Disney’s “Frozen” will all have their moment to shine on the castle this summer. When fully transformed, the iconic castle will stand as a shining beacon of courage, hope and possibility, inspiring all who dare to dream big.

    While the castle transformation is underway, an array of new Disney Princess experiences is available throughout the resort. An immersive princess transformation experience awaits young guests at the brand-new Storybook Shoppe — Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at the castle area. Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel has also unveiled the Cinderella Suite at the Kingdom Club, featuring an interior decor heavily inspired by the classic tale. 

    When the transformed castle debuts next year, it will be home to a new breathtaking daytime show and nighttime spectacular as well as a new outdoor stage area and viewing terrace.

    Disney Raising Prices on Travel Insurance

    Walt Disney Travel Company has just announced, they are raising prices on Travel Insurance for vacation packages.

    The price for adults will increase $5, to $82.50; and Child and Infant prices will increase by 50 cents, to $6.

    This change will be effective for any travel booked on or after August 7th, 2019. Take look below at everything travel insurance offers:

    Travel Insurance Covers:

    1. Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption: Reimburses up to total trip cost of the prepaid travel arrangements due to illness, injury and non-medical reasons such as job loss, military service and more.
    2. Trip Delay: Reimburses related expenses, up to $600 ($200 per day)
    3. Baggage Loss: Reimburses up to $2,000 for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage and personal effects.
    4. Bag Delay: Reimburses the purchase of necessary personal items if your bags are delayed 12+ hours.
    5. Emergency Medical Protection: Provides up to $25,000 of coverage if you get ill or injured on your trip.
    6. Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation: Arranges and prepays for emergency medical transportation and other covered expenses.
    7. Travel Accident: Provides up to $25,000 in the event of accidental death or dismemberment.
    8. Rental Car Damage: Reimburses repair costs up to $25,000 in the event of collision, theft, damage or vandalism to rented vehicles.

    If a Guests’ vacation travel dates are modified and their package includes non-refundable airfare, or other non-refundable charges have been incurred, they must purchase a new Travel Protection Plan in order to obtain coverage for the revised travel dates.

    The D23 Expo 2019 in Anaheim is the ultimate Disney fan event where all the details emerge for what’s to come at Disney Parks and Disney has released the schedule for this years event.

    An immersive pavilion will provide an insider’s look at new themed lands, attractions, shows, and more, in addition to a jam-packed schedule of entertaining presentations and a number of exclusive shopping opportunities for every Disney fan.

    Showcasing an array of new experiences for guests around the world to enjoy for years to come, the Disney Parks “Imagining Tomorrow, Today” pavilion will give fans a unique look at the exciting developments underway at Disney parks around the world. Attendees will see a dedicated space showcasing the historic transformation of Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort. They will also see Tony Stark’s latest plans to recruit guests to join alongside the Avengers in fully immersive areas filled with action and adventure in Hong Kong, Paris, and California.

    Disney has released a new pair of Minnie Ears inspired by Aerial and “The Little Mermaid” and you may have whozits and whatzits galore, but your going to want these to be part of your world!

    The ears are designed from a pair of purple clamshells embroidered with gold stripes and a large, seafoam-sequined bow adorns the middle of the ears. The blue velvet headband features a swimming mermaid on one side and the phrase, “Mermaid Hair Don’t Care” on the other.
