    For the second year in a row, Allure Bridals has teamed up with Disney to turn fairy tale dreams into reality for brides.

    The new 2021 Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection offers a sophisticated and modern take on gowns inspired by Disney Princesses — perfect for Disney fans who want to “mirror-mirror” the princesses on their big day but still keep their wedding theme.

    The collection will also include styles inspired by Ariel, Cinderella, Jasmine, Snow White, Aurora, Rapunzel, Pocahontas and Tiana. Take a closer look at the collection below:

    Ariel

    As Ariel soon finds when she places her heart above all else. Willing to cross oceans for true love, she discovers the world beyond the sea all that she dreamed it to be.

    Aurora

    With a single kiss, Sleeping Beauty’s dream comes true. She finds her prince, falls in love and discovers that she’s already a real Princess.

    Belle

    Open and true, Belle sees beyond the surface, making all that she casts her gaze upon beautiful. Guided by her heart, Belle finds her prince, breaks the spell and claims her destiny.

    Cinderella

    Not long ago, Cinderella dreamed of going to the ball and finding her prince. This famous fairy tale begins with a single wish, an exquisite dress and the dream of a lifetime. Today, the timeless Cinderella tale comes alive with classic glamour.

    Jasmine

    Dreaming big is Tiana’s destiny – she makes her own fairy tales come true. Honoring the spirit of New Orleans, her style reflects independence and joie de vivre.

    “We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Allure Bridals’ second collection with Disney Fairy Tale Weddings — featuring not only an incredible array of Disney Princess-inspired gowns but a wider range of pricing, because everybody deserves to feel like a princess!” Allure Bridals CEO and owner Kelly Crum said in a statement.

    In addition to the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection, Allure Bridals will also be releasing its Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Platinum Collection, which will be available exclusively at Kleinfeld in New York and Toronto. Dresses from the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection will be available at select bridal boutiques across the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, the U.K. and the Republic of Ireland.

    All gowns will be available in sizes 0 to 30 and will start at $1,200.

    Disney’s Weddings Resume at Walt Disney World with New COVID-19 Guidelines

    If the coronavirus pandemic put a halt to your Disney “I do’s,” then you’ll be excited to hear that Disney has announced that weddings have resumed as part of the phased re-opening at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.

    “The Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings team has been working diligently with our health and safety team, looking at our experiences in detail so our couples and wedding guests can celebrate in a magical way. With health and safety in mind, we have implemented a combination of new measures that consider the guidance of local government and health officials,” their website said.

    The new safety measures include face coverings, which will be required for all guests and members of the wedding party. During the ceremony, the couple may be able to remove their face coverings for a limited period of time, while proper physical distancing can be maintained.

    Their events will also include measures to promote physical distancing among guests and cast members. Upcoming weddings will have limited guest counts, and they are working with couples to find creative ways to set their ceremonies, receptions and more.

    New Disney Wedding Dresses are Coming in 2020

    A new Disney wedding dress collection is coming this year. Allure Bridals announced Friday its first Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection, turning fairy tale dreams into reality for brides.

    The elegant collection includes 16 total styles in a variety of silhouettes and fabrications that capture the style and spirit of Disney Princess characters such as Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Jasmine, Cinderella, Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Tiana and Snow White.

    Allure Bridals will unveil the entire collection during New York Bridal Fashion Week in April 2020, and gowns will arrive in stores shortly thereafter. Take a look below at some of the designs:

    “So many brides grow up admiring their favorite Disney Princess characters and are inspired by their journeys, gowns and stories of the classic films,” says Allure Bridals CEO Kelly Crum. “Our design team worked tirelessly on each of these incredible gowns, as each dress features intricate detailing specifically inspired by the timeless characters known and loved by all of us at Allure and Kleinfeld, as well as our brides. We are honored to work with Disney on this collection and see the romance of it come to life.”

    The Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection includes nine fantasy gowns highlighting a wide variety of timeless bridal silhouettes. Romantic ball gowns, mermaid trains and fit-and-flare hemlines are featured throughout the collection. Fabrications include soft mikado, ethereal tulle and flowing chiffon, balanced by the dramatic structure of ruffled organza and unique, dimensional laces. With singular design and detailing available in each princess-inspired gown, every bride will have the chance to showcase their personal style through the collection. The Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection will be available at select bridal boutiques across the country. Prices range from $1,200 to $2,500.

    Seven of the 16 styles will be featured exclusively at Kleinfeld Bridal stores in New York and Toronto as the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Platinum Collection, with prices ranging from $3,500 to $10,000. The initial release will include the gorgeous Tiana Platinum gown, which embodies both Tiana’s practicality and creativity in an elegant ballgown design covered in bayou-inspired shimmering vines and blossoms.  The collection features extensive crystal beading, pearls and hand-embroidered appliques and delicate sparkle tulle.  In addition, Kleinfeld will offer the complete Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection.

    “We are thrilled that we will carry the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Platinum Collection, said Kleinfeld Co-Owner, Mara Urshel. “This magical line of gowns features exclusive designs perfect for the Disney-inspired bride.”

    All gowns will be available in sizes 0 to 30 for both the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Platinum and Disney Fairy Tale Weddings collections.

    Florida Couple’s ‘Disney Park Guide Map’ Inspired Wedding Gains Social Media Attention

    Central Florida residents and self-proclaimed theme park fanatics, Ben and Kylie Story’s jaw-dropping Disney Parks Maps inspired wedding attire grabbed quite a lot of attention when it hit social media a few weeks ago.

    But let’s back up at bit. Ben and Kylie met a few years ago while working at a local theme park. The couple had their first date at another theme park. And then…

    “Our second date, we visited Hollywood Studios and decided to buy the wedding ears as a laugh,” Ben said. “Little did we know that we’d be using those same hats at our Epcot bachelor/bachelorette party!”

    Ben, who regularly attends the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) convention in Orlando, often creates special themed jackets to wear to the convention to really get into an adventurous spirit. Since theme parks have been – and continue to be – such a big part of their lives, Ben decided to create a very special jacket themed after Disney Park guide maps to wear for their 2018 wedding.

    But creating one inspired by our park maps was no small task – it required three months of searching for the proper material, and then sewing and tailoring before it was finished.

    When Kylie heard about Ben’s plan, she decided to get into the park spirit, too, designing her bridal bouquet out of park maps – and even hiding a few Hidden Mickeys in there.

    “The bouquet just seemed so perfect. It will last a lifetime [and] represents our greatest hobby,” Ben said. “We headed to Disneyland as part of the honeymoon so there were even Disneyland maps in there!”

    The couple says they still get compliments on their wedding attire – especially when Ben wears his jacket out to the park for a day. But they don’t mind. “Life is short, so why not have a little bit of fun and stand out from the crowd!” Ben said. Check out the video below for more on the Story family.

    John Stamos and Caitlin McHugh Honeymoon at Walt Disney World

    John Stamos and his new bride Caitlin McHugh spent their honeymoon at Walt Disney World and what better place to celebrate such a magical occasion than the most magical place on earth. The celebrity couple are well documented Disney fanatics and Stamos even proposed to his new bride while they were visiting Disneyland back in October.

    The 54 year-old actor posted a photo on Saturday of the newlyweds sharing a kiss in front of Cinderella’s castle, donning matching bride and groom mouse ears of course.

    “#oneweek (and they said it wouldn’t last),” he wrote in the post and called himself the “#happiestmanonearth.” Caitlin McHugh, a 31-year-old model and actress, also posted a pic of the two celebrating their recent nuptials.

    The pair posed for the photo in front of Rapunzel’s Tower which McHugh captioned, “Perfect way to begin our #happilyeverafter”.  She also dropped a hint as to who the newlyweds were Disney Bounding as…  Can you guess?

    The two were married last Saturday at The Little Brown Church in Studio City in a small ceremony and the reception was held at Stamos’ home in Beverly Hills. The couple have been married just over a week and McHugh is pregnant with their first child.

    Congratulations to these two love birds on their happily ever after.
